Luis Petri: "In a month, the deployment of 10,000 Army personnel to the northern border will begin."

In a statement at the Federal Court of Salta, the Minister of Defense, Luis Petri announced that Operation President Julio Argentino Roca will begin in a month, an initiative that includes the deployment of 10,000 Argentine Army personnel. Of that total, 1,500 will operate in inhospitable areas. The presentation included judges, prosecutors, military personnel, and provincial authorities.
